The Gardener's House is located at the pool level and is the coziest room at Ikies, featuring a queen-size bed, a small dining table, a built-in wardrobe and a bathroom with a shower. The room's balcony, where breakfast and room service is served, is located a few meters away from its entrance and is literally perched on the edge of the cliff, offering unobstructed views of the caldera and the village of Oia, Santorini.

The Sailor's House is located at our boutique hotel’s pool level and has a bedroom with a queen-size bed upstairs in the loft, which looks down onto the living area. The house can accommodate a third person on the ground floor sofa, which can be turned into a bed for the night. The small balcony in front of the house, where breakfast and room service are served, offers views of the village of Oia and caldera.

This tastefully decorated maisonette is located on the pool level and has a bedroom with a queen-size bed upstairs in the loft which looks down onto the living area. The comfortable sofa on the ground floor living area can be turned into a double bed to accommodate extra persons. The personal terrace in front of the house has a table where breakfast and room service are served.

The Cook's House is our largest and most charming maisonette. The layout on the loft includes a small bathroom and a bedroom with a queen-size bed which looks down onto the living area and has a captivating caldera view through the loft window. The maisonette’s ground floor has a second bathroom, dining table and comfortable traditional sofas which can be turned into single beds for the night to accommodate extra persons. The personal balcony, which is on a level of its own, creates a sense of seclusion and has 180 degree views to the rest of the island, the caldera and the sunset over Oia, Santorini.

This popular superior studio boasts one main room with a queen-size bed, a coffee table and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Located on one of the highest levels in our boutique hotel in Oia and hidden from peering eyes, the studio's veranda with its temperature controlled hot-tub and exterior use futon has stunning caldera views as well as views to the village of Oia, Santorini which can also be seen while lying on the plush queen size bed – a truly magnificent spot in Greece!

The Artisan's House is IKIES’ largest superior studio with an open plan layout. The queen-size bed is tucked deep into the hollow of the caldera while a comfortable sofa in the sitting area can be turned into a double bed for the night in order to accommodate extra persons. The large vaulted bathroom with its walk-in shower dug into the rock further accentuate the cave-house feeling of this studio. The personal terrace, where breakfast and room service are served, offers a temperature controlled hot tub with romantic caldera views and an exterior use futon to lounge on and absorb Santorini Island – an ideal honeymoon experience!

The Captain's House is one of our luxury suites with a private hot tub nestled snugly in the corner of the secluded terrace with views to the caldera and the village of Oia. The bedroom, which is separate from the living room, has access to the hot tub through the large window and offers beautiful views of the village of Oia while lying in bed. The living room has two comfortable traditional sofas, which can be turned into single beds for the night, and a dining table. This suite’s large curved terrace with its caldera view and colorful selection of cactus pot plants also offers an exterior use futon and dining table where breakfast and room service are served. As on all of our luxury suites’ terraces, an umbrella is available for your convenience.

This is our boutique hotel’s largest suite and one of the most charming ones. The master bedroom with its own bathroom and a king-size bed is located in a converted cistern on the lower level while there is a second bedroom on the ground level with a queen-size bed and a bathroom. The ground floor with its hand painted frescoes, also includes the living room with two traditional sofas, a dining table and a fully equipped kitchenette. The spacious terrace offers a private hot-tub nestled in a corner, a futon and a table where breakfast and cocktails are served with views to the caldera and Oia, Santorini.

The Carpenter's House Honeymoon Suite was carefully designed so as to provide our guests with a truly romantic experience in a luxury suite in Oia, Santorini. The caldera view and view to Oia, Santorini from the personal terrace is magical and the location is ideal for a romantic honeymoon. The suite is located at the far end of the complex with its own exit to the pathway that leads into the village. The large romantic bedroom with a king-size bed and elevated step-in Jacuzzi bathtub behind the bed is located to the rear of the honeymoon suite. The separate living area has two large traditional sofas and a dining table. The bathroom layout includes a walk-in shower and a steam room for two. The spacious terrace has a private hot-tub tucked into its corner for privacy and offers romantic views to the caldera and the village of Oia. As part of this honeymoon suite's experience we serve a champagne breakfast to your terrace each morning and cocktails of your choice at sunset.

The Winemaker's House is one of the two honeymoon suites and features a truly secluded terrace and uninterrupted cinematic views of the Aegean. The private hot-tub with its spacious deck and the futon offer endless hours of outdoors relaxation and romance. The cave-like bedroom with the king size bed and ensuite dressing area is carved into the volcanic rock at the rear of the house. The separate living area is plushly furnished with a comfortable sofa, armchairs, stools and a dining table. The spacious bathroom has two washbasins, a walk-in shower, a Jacuzzi bathtub with caldera view, a spacious steam room and numerous extra amenities. As part of this honeymoon suite’s experience, the boutique hotel offers a champagne breakfast on the private terrace every morning, as well as evening cocktails.

The Collector's House became part of IKIES in 2006, adding a uniquely luxurious villa to our special hotel. The house offers two separate bedrooms each with its king-size bed, ensuite dressing area and bathroom. The generous bathrooms are carved deep into the volcanic cliff and offer walk-in showers and Jacuzzi bathtubs. The spacious living and dinning area with its characteristic domed ceiling opens out onto the unique terrace with its combination of complete privacy and breathtaking views of the caldera and the village of Oia.
