The unit consists of 8 two floor villas, 80 sq.m. With private swimming pools and 5 two floor suites, 50 sq.m. with a shared swimming pool. All accommodations have a fully equipped kitchen, electric appliances and a fridge. Visitors will have the opportunity to relax and enjoy a drink or a snack in a specifically designed snack bar area that combines the amazing view of Aegean and the harmony of nature.

The 5 suites are 50 sq.m.,have two floors and are ideal for families with one or two children or three adults. The up floor has one bedroom with a double bed. The ground floor has a sitting room with a sofa-bed, a dining table,a fully equipped kitchen with electric plates and a fridge and finally a bathroom with shower. The 8 villas are 80 sq.m., have two floors and are suitable for large families or groups, since they can accommodate with comfort 4 adults and 2 children or 5 adults. The up floor has one bedroom with a double bed and its bathroom with shower. The ground floor has one bedroom with two single beds, one bathroom with shower and one sitting room with a sofa-bed, dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with electric plates and a fridge. The villa is comfortable and functional with modern esthetic,ideal for visitors who seek luxury and quality. On the outside of every villa there is a beautiful sitting area with sunbeds around the pool for relaxation.The view of the forest and the sea is breathtaking.
