Agada consists of nine different rooms and suites. The contour of the hillside has determined the various types that have emerged. Some buildings are above ground and built with stone, while others are underground (cave dwellings), but all with planted roofs that make them fully integrated into the natural environment and that look out over the Aegean Sea and the surrounding islands of the Cyclades.

Their special design, combined with the planted roofs with vegetation of the surrounding area and the openings to the terraces, give the residents the feeling that they are part of nature, while still being inside the residence. They harmonize with the environment and acquire a unique wellness experience.

The accommodation is located in the traditional settlement of Ano Meria, near the folklore museum of Folegandros. The beach of Agali is located to the south 1.8km away while within 200m, there are two restaurants and many traditional houses.
